A group of talented, intellectual, capable and committed youngsters has come together for the betterment of the society and a stable cultural acceptance publicly; Youth Cultural and Social Association (YCSA), a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and was established to assist women, youths and children in realizing their dreams, fulfilling their needs, enabling environment where they can learn a diverse, democratic, open and tolerant ideas by trainings, workshops and critical thinking. YSCA has always targeted different ethnicities, ideas and traditions which can guide public to realize democratic basics with an opportunity to exchange ideas. YCSA committed to be a human-cantered NGO which could also be referred to social and cultural institution, as that designs and implements various developmental projects with the financial and technical support of international donor agencies and the government of Afghanistan.
The mentioned organization works to address issues such as youth’s social participation, gender based discriminations, low self-esteem of youth; especially women, civic opportunities for youth and women, campaign against women oppression, participation of women in the political affairs, contribution of government agencies in development of youth, women and children condition, increasing critical thinking and diverse dialogues
